KaiKura Land Sales was initially created in 2010 as a small family based business. The name KaiKura was also made based around the family, grand children pictured to the right. Kura is now 7 and Kai has just turned 3.

We are amongst a vast variety of larger real estate businesses however we are able to deliver a professional approach with real people who are genuinely interested in helping their clients. Our small team prides themselves on being able to deliver a streamline sales process throughout the management of any sized Subdivision or sourcing Broad Acreage. Resulting in a smooth, non confronting environment.

Even though the company is very young it has a combined source of 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry and looking forward to the future growth.
